I have been living in SA for 8+ years. Finally we were able to collect some money to be able to pay a down payment amount to own a house, but suddenly our Rent has increased, Grocery expenses and living expenses are over the roof. We had to postpone our decision to own a house. We are heart broken. I am being paid nearly bare minimum and practically no salary sacrifice.
