My personal concerns for my future earnings is that according to our industry earnings is that I’ve reached the highest rate that under my contract I can achieve.
So if I stay in my present job, which I do enjoy, I cannot achieve a higher pay rate( hourly)
So for the next 10 years I will be paid the same…
But the cost of everything on this planet will continue to increase
As a woman in the age demographic which has been proven through these times is the worst of throughout society
This is of major concern to me personally
But I’m one of the lucky ones, so far, I have a roof over my head
But for how long??
