I still live with my parents, on my wage at my baseline typical 3 day a week roster after tax I earn about $540. there would be no way I would be able to afford to pay rent and all the bills that go with living in a house plus pay for my car and phone and still be able to eat all while living alone.

The only way I would be able to do that is I had at least two roommates and that rarely works out for anyone.

I can barely keep up with making sure my car is road safe and full of fuel, paying for any vet bills and making sure I pay my health insurance on time each week.
