Jake, a Full-time worker from QLD says:

I’m married, father of one. My wage is $22 per hour. I have a mortgage, I’m having to pay installments at the bare minimum and interest rates are over double my monthly instalment.
My wife works one night a week, my low wage impacts whatever government assistance she can get. We don’t want to put our child in child care and mothers shouldn’t be pushed back into the work force as soon as child is born. Every cent has to be budgeted to afford groceries and bills. This means rarely socialising or doing something for ourself.
